JUGS was founded in Memphis, TN by Josephine
Bridges and Sarah Chandler. The national organization
pioneered the non-profit concept of grass roots outreach.Our members are dedicated to helping the needy within their local area communities through our network of chapters. We provide leadership to women on a national and iinternational level. The women of JUGS are unique and qualified in their leadership skills and abilities.

The primary goal of our international headquarters is to
coordinate and manage the infrastructure of our
network of growing chapters; however, the Memphis
Chapter functions like all other chapters, we provide
community based support within our local area.
